While teamed up with Balfour Beatty, Baker proudly topped out the Marriott Marquis Hotel ahead of schedule. This project is situated in the heart of downtown Houston Texas and includes a 30-story (1,000 room) hotel tower and 6-level common area consisting of more than 100,000 square feet to house ballrooms, restaurants, meeting space, a full-service spa, a fitness center, infinity pool and a one of a kind lazy river built in the shape of the State of Texas.
