We partner with various minority, women, and veterans’ groups to improve outreach to diverse communities. In addition, we establish partnerships with workforce centers and other community-based entities, trade schools, and community colleges to discover and place talent. These vital partnerships serve as a pipeline to support our labor needs while benefiting local communities.
