Eckington Yards

The Eckington Yards project is unique in the fact that the project consisted of 3 different contracts over the entire site. The concrete scope captures underground parking over the entire site footprint which; once at grade level, split into 4 separate buildings going vertical, the NE, SE, NW, and SW. The project featured 2 buildings that featured apartment units and 2 buildings that were condo units. Additionally included on this site are large ground-level retail space and a featured woonerf drive aisle; designed specifically to calm traffic, that divided the site at grade level.
