Multi-family residential building with 2 levels of parking and 12 stories of apartments/townhomes. Utilized lockable dowels and beat the schedule by over 6 weeks. Poured 18 sets of atypical L1 to L2 townhome stairs. Modelled specialty landscape features in the courtyard.
