Project Overview
999 Playa del Norte is a six-story, class-A office building located in Tempe’s Discovery Triangle. The project consisted of drilled pier foundations and had a post-tension, 9-inch slab design. Baker’s co-workers panelized the deck forming system, which led to accelerated productivity.
