Freeport LNG Tank 3

Baker’s scope of work for Freeport LNG Tank 3 consisted of a 7,300 CY tank foundation, a 9,700 CY one-sided tank wall, and a 3,900 CY tank roof. We also completed 2,000 CY of slab and miscellaneous work inside the tank.

Our high-quality work helped CB&I to execute efficient roof-raising events. We began work on the concrete walls before the steel wall liner was erected. The roof was poured in six consecutive pours, five of which encountered severe rainstorms.
