L’Oréal Water Reclamation Project

This fast-track design-build project delivered a water reclamation facility to treat and reuse sanitary effluent from an active manufacturing plant. The facility included a custom treatment building, proprietary treatment systems, tanks, and fully integrated piping, controls, and process equipment. Construction was completed while maintaining continuous plant operations, with the team leveraging 360° 3D modeling to optimize routing, reduce conflicts, and improve coordination with international equipment suppliers. The project was delivered three months ahead of schedule, with a full commissioning period of just 10 months, and provided a fully integrated solution encompassing permitting, process systems, and building construction. Throughout more than 25,000 work hours, the project achieved zero accidents, demonstrating an exceptional commitment to safety.
