Miami World Center – Block D

In the heart of downtown Miami, Baker was hired by Coastal-Tishman to build the Block D Garage at Miami Worldcenter. This $2 billion mixed-use project encompasses residential units, retail, restaurants, offices, and a convention center hotel. The Block D phase for Miami Worldcenter includes construction of a 8 story 1,177 space parking garage with commercial space on the first level and the roof serving as the main amenity deck for the Paramount which includes 3 pools and 26 concrete Bungalows. The project was 539,659 square feet and was completed in 41 weeks. This project was completed by our Fort Lauderdale and Miami, Florida, team.
