Ohio Statehouse Restoration

After years of wear and water infiltration, the Ohio Statehouse garage suffered from significant concrete deterioration. Baker completed 140,000 square feet of full-depth concrete repair; 520,000 square feet of traffic coating membrane, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing improvements. All work was completed while the garage remained operational.
