Downtown Miami’s Panorama Tower stands 83 stories, making it the tallest residential building on the eastern seaboard, south of New York. Situated strategically in the heart of the Brickell financial district, the 2.5 million sq-ft structure holds room for luxury rental apartments, hotel rooms, office space and retail space. Specifically, the 19-story pedestal at the base of Panorama Tower contains over 100,000 sq-ft of medically-oriented office space and a teaching facility, a 2,000-car garage below the medical facility, a 208-room hotel lining the garage to the east of Brickell Bay Drive, and 50,000 sq-ft of high-end retail outlets and restaurant space on the first and second level. The remaining 64 stories rise to 830 feet to hold a 48th-floor club and lounge, and over 800 residential apartments. retail, and a 2,000 space parking garage.
