Project Overview
Ripley II is a 28-Story tall multifamily apartment building located at the heart of Silver Spring, Maryland. The tower features ground-level retail, five levels of parking structure, 400 luxury apartment units, and coveted rooftop amenenities. Ripley II stands 270 feet tall, making it the tallest building in Silver Spring. This project is targeted for LEED Silver certification.
