Society Orlando

Baker performed cast-in-place concrete and masonry façade work for Society Orlando, a 26-story apartment building in downtown Orlando with a parking garage, podium amenities, and a pool deck.

The scope included the cast-in-place structural frame for the apartment building, which featured three roof levels and freestanding cast-in-place ring beams at the top of the structure. Baker also installed pile caps, mat foundations, and a podium with two cast-in-place pools, a stage, bench and planter walls, and a tree bar. The project team installed precast stairs and completed all hardscapes on the site.

In total, the project covered approximately 970,000 square feet. The project earned a 2024 Excellence in Construction Eagle Award from ABC Central Florida.
