Project Overview
The Vectra Bank headquarters is a nine-story, 41,490-square-foot mixed-use development in Denver. The structure includes class-A office space, ground-level commercial retail space, and four levels of parking. The sixth floor will include a large open-air patio as well as a conference and training center. The new corporate center is designed to support energy efficiency and sustainable building principles, including expansive daylighting and a water conservation system. The project is surrounded on three sides by road and railway infrastructure and on the fourth by a hotel, creating an extremely tight site for construction. The Baker team has worked in close coordination with other project partners to drive the schedule.
