Baker Concrete Construction has Purchased Equipment and Taken Over Existing Projects from Osburn Contractors of Plano, Texas

As part of its aggressive growth strategy to enter or expand in top-growing markets across the U.S., Baker Construction Enterprises purchased equipment and took over existing projects from Osburn Contractors.

Under the terms of the agreement, Baker secured Osburn’s equipment assets and the right to complete existing jobs, while increasing its craft workforce.

This move positions Baker as an even more formidable competitor in the Dallas-Fort Worth and Austin markets – two of the nation’s fastest-growing urban centers – and complements Baker’s already strong presence in the national market for large-scale facilities, including big box stores, warehouses, and distribution centers.
