How We Do It: Safety Comes First

Baker believes that success is driven by the commitment of our workforce to live Incident and Injury Free (IIF). For Baker, it is not all about rules and procedures, but about each co-worker examining our own relationship to safety, not just at work, but also at home.

We describe our IIF program as a cultural change. It differs from training because it is an effort that is continuous in nature, a journey that has no final destination. We always seek safer methods, and strive for an Incident and Injury Free work environment.
