100 Las Olas

100 Las Olas is a 46 story, Multi-purpose building located at 100 E Las Olas Blvd Ft. Lauderdale FL. On the ground level, it features retail space, restaurants and bars. The rest of the building includes, a parking garage from L2 – L7, 238 Hotel Guest rooms from L8 – L15, and private residential condos from L16 up. There are two amenity levels including pools and lounge areas that are located on Level 8 and Level 16. Baker Concrete Construction’s scope includes all structural and architectural concrete on the project. This includes about 41,700 CY of concrete and 285,400 man hours. This project was completed by our Fort Lauderdale, Florida, team.
